Join Jerdon in the 'Mobility & Restoration' Class

An engaging wellness experience designed to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall body restoration. These sessions help clients stay active, recover effectively, and maintain their personal health, both online and in-person with Tsunami Health. The class includes a variety of seated, laying, and gentle exercises and stretches, specifically tailored for those in office jobs, retirement, or experiencing reduced mobility, making wellness accessible to everyone.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement

  • A yoga mat or a soft surface for laying exercises

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Optional: a small cushion for added comfort during seated exercises

Work to Do on Your Own

To maximize the benefits of this class, it’s encouraged to practice gentle stretches daily. Aim for 5-10 minutes of seated or laying stretches, focusing on areas where you feel tightness or reduced mobility. Incorporating deep breathing exercises will also help in reducing stress and improving relaxation throughout the day.
