An empowering wellness experience aimed at strengthening the core and improving balance, helping clients enhance stability, reduce the risk of falls, and support overall health. These sessions are available both online and in-person with Tsunami Health. The class focuses on a mix of standing, seated, and laying exercises, making it suitable for individuals in office jobs, retirement, or those who want to improve their stability and core strength.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable, flexible clothing

  • A yoga mat or soft surface for floor exercises

  • A water bottle for hydration

  • Optional: a sturdy chair or support for balance exercises

Work to Do on Your Own

To maintain progress between classes, it’s recommended to perform core strengthening exercises such as seated leg lifts or gentle balancing movements daily. Practicing standing on one leg for short periods or engaging in gentle seated core contractions will help build stability and reinforce balance over time.
