Join Jerdon in the 'Strength & Flexibility' Class
An invigorating wellness session designed to build strength and enhance flexibility, supporting overall physical health and functional fitness. These sessions are available online and in-person with Tsunami Health. The class includes a mix of seated, standing, and laying exercises, making it accessible for those in office jobs, retirement, or experiencing reduced strength or mobility.
What to Bring
Comfortable, stretchy clothing
A yoga mat or a soft surface for laying exercises
Light dumbbells or resistance bands (optional)
A water bottle to stay hydrated
Optional: a chair for support during standing exercises
Work to Do on Your Own
To continue improving strength and flexibility between sessions, try incorporating simple bodyweight exercises such as seated arm raises, gentle lunges (using a chair for balance if needed), or stretches focusing on key muscle groups. Aim for 5-10 minutes of stretching or light resistance exercises daily to maintain and enhance your progress.
